Galvanizing unit

This unit is cold-strip steel annealing  aluminium zinc silicon (55% Al), zinc (Zn 43.5%), silicon (Si 1.5%) alloy steel. It has many functions including reducing annealing, galvanization, finishing, withdrawal and straightening, passivation. It’s designed productive capacity is 25 PTA, cold rolling hard steel coil SPCC\SPCD are used as material(meet the corresponding baosteel standard). Specification is 800-1250mm X 0.25-1.5mm and the max line speed is 150m/min. During the unit procedure, reducing annealing, galvanization, finishing, withdrawal and straightening and passivation process are done. The quality of products meet the standard of Q/BQB425-2004
