This unit is cold-strip steel annealing galvanized unit, it has many functions including reducing annealing , galvanization , finishing , withdrawal and straightening , passivation , fingerprint resistan coating and fat liquoring . It’s designed productive capacity is 25PTA , mild steel cold-rolled hard coil are used as material(meet the corresponding baosteel standard). Specification is 800-1250mm X 0.25-1.5mm and the max line speed is 160m/min . During the unit procedure , reducing annealing , galvanization , finishing , withdrawal and straightening , passivation ,and fingerprint resistan process are done .The quality of products meet the standard of Q/BQB425-2004
